Olives in Herb Dressing
(Aceitunas Aliñadas in Spanish)
Ingredients:
1kg large ripe Spanish black olives (with seed)
250g spring onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
A dash of Spanish olive oil
A sprinkle of Paprika and Oregano
A dash of wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Method:
Rinse the olives in cold water and dry carefully. Put them in a bowl and
add the trimmed, washed and sliced spring onions. Dress with Spanish olive
oil, paprika and wine vinegar. Mix well then sprinkle with oregano and
chopped garlic. Add salt to taste. |
